Marketing Manager - Healthcare – Trowbridge

Responsible for healthcare professional marketing in the following key areas; Hospitals, GP Surgeries and care giving organisations at both local and national levels.
The role will include planning, research, insight, advertising, PR, marketing literature, local marketing, partnerships and exhibitions, in order to generate recommendations to potential customers. This is an exciting new role that will be supported by the existing marketing team, will require the post holder to research and create a national marketing plan and mange its implementation.
Key Result Areas

Manage healthcare professional strategic marketing planning including brand, insight, communications and partnerships.

Manage the healthcare professional insight programme including planning, budgeting and agency management, ensuring that market research projects generate actionable key issues. Manage healthcare professional advertising and PR, including planning, budgeting, campaign delivery and agency management, so that key recommendation targets are met. Support Local and Digital Marketing in ensuring that healthcare professional marketing communications are consistent across the brand.

Manage the healthcare brochure and literature programme, including 12 month rolling plans, budgeting, design, print, distribution, and agency management, to deliver value and effectiveness improvements.

Manage internal and external communication of all the above initiatives across senior management, franchisees and partner organisations. .

Ensure execution is outstanding by building effectiveness measurement and control into all activities, and optimising brand values and brand visual identity.
The Candidate
Essential:
-
A senior marketing all-rounder with significant strategy development, brand communications and partnership management experience

Experience in speciality food, care, health, or similar product/service markets
Desirable:
-
Both FMCG and B2B commercial experience, ideally in food, health or care sectors

Retail, franchise or other multi-outlet brand experience
